About Us

Hope Again Wellness Centre is a beacon of hope and transformation founded in 2018 by a trio deeply committed to fostering recovery and renewal in the lives of those struggling with addiction.

Frikkie Hefer, Benita Hefer, and Jurgens Schoeman established this sanctuary driven by a powerful blend of personal experience, loss, and faith. Frikkie’s personal journey from the depths of alcohol and cocaine addiction to a profound encounter with Jesus Christ not only reshaped his life but also ignited a passionate commitment to aiding others on their path to recovery.

The Transformative Power of God’s Presence

Inspired by the transformative power of God’s presence and the life-altering impact of connecting with Jesus Christ, Frikkie made a promise to God to dedicate his life to helping others escape the chains of addiction. His vision extends beyond mere recovery; it encompasses empowering individuals with skills development and guiding them towards a life enriched and centred around Jesus Christ.

Effective Recovery Facilities

Hope Again Wellness Centre has grown into a functional recovery facility under the guidance of its founders, where the mission extends to not only liberating individuals from the grips of addiction but also empowering them to contribute positively to their communities and the wider world. Our leadership team, enriched by their diverse backgrounds and united by their powerful testimonies of grace, is fully invested in creating a culture of healing. We are qualified, diverse, and dedicated to serving those in need, offering a safe space for encounters with Jesus that pave the way for true transformation.

Caring Approach

Our approach to recovery is holistic, integrating therapeutic tools, systems, methods, and techniques to foster a healing culture for our clients. At Hope Again Wellness Centre, we are dedicated to transforming lives through a comprehensive journey of recovery, guided by faith and a deep commitment to personal growth and community reintegration.
