Our Refresher Program.

This program focusses on relational dynamics and belief system adjustments.

Together with the client, we identify the events or processes that lead to the point of relapse, and how these tie in with the client’s past choices, outcomes, belief system, and values.

Then once these issues have been addressed, we shift the focus to more life coaching orientated concepts such as vision, purpose, and goal setting.

We also start planning the client’s reintegration process and look at their life plan document to ensure accountability.
